A little Raw Goodness...
So my eldest daughter was our initial inspiration for a little more raw eating and a lot less sugar.
She had many belly aches and turned out refined sugar was the culprit.
What a blessing it has been for our family to find inventive ways to enjoy whole foods even when a sweet tooth strikes.
I'm delighted to share D's very own raw recipe!
D's Raw Banana Pudding:
One Banana
Cinnamon to liking
A splash of Vanilla
Mush Banana, then stir in remaining ingredients.
Enjoy!
Oh, and if you have an extra sweet tooth on a particular day, add a teaspoon of raw honey to the mix!

So simple yet sooo good! My mom freezes bananas cut up into chunks and blends them in a blender until they are smooth like ice cream. My boys love this treat when they go to Grandma's house! Thanks for the posting!
